Protective shoe covers, drop cloths and hall runners will be used in all work and traffic areas. In the event something is damaged it will be promptly repaired or replaced.

If our HVAC technician recommends a part for your system, you can rest assured that he is not selling a needless part. In fact, we test all old parts to determine if they need to be replaced or repaired. Each part is tested in our office to ensure no mistakes are made.

When we install your new Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (ever wonder what HVAC stands for?) we promise that we’ll do it on time, that it will work right and our workmanship will be perfect.
Our “Golden Rule” Guarantee: When a company “says” they will do a good job for you, if they really mean it, then they should also offer, and be willing, to guarantee your satisfaction in writing to protect you.
We promise that you will be satisfied with the new system(s) that we have installed in your home. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the performance of your system(s) during the first full year after installation, just let us know. We will make it right, or cheerfully remove the system and return 100% of your money.
$500 Installation Date Guarantee: We will get the installation done when we say we will. If we do not have your new system operating by the date promised, we will pay you $500 for your inconvenience.
No Lemons Guarantee: If the compressor in your air conditioner fails in the first two years, we will replace either a complete new package unit or a new outside condenser, whichever is applicable. If the heat exchanger in your furnace fails in the first ten years, we will replace the furnace at no charge.
$500 No Frustration Guarantee: If your new system breaks down during the first two years and leave you without air conditioning or heating for over 24 hours we will pay you $500 for your inconvenience.
LIFETIME Workmanship Guarantee: If there is a problem with the workmanship of our installation it will be corrected. Whether it is two years or ten years we guarantee our workmanship for the life of the equipment. Just to be clear, this doesn’t cover regular wear and tear of the equipment, only the skill of our technicians when they installed the equipment.
